Job Roles:
Operation Department Technician (ODP’s)
Must have BSc in Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology
BSc Nurses:
General Medical/Surgical Nurses: Minimum 1 year of acute hospital in-patient experience within the last 3 years.

Theatre Nurses: Minimum 1 year of acute hospital theatre experience within the last 2 years.

Mental Health Nurses: Minimum 6 months of post-registration experience working on a psychiatric ward.

Diploma in Nursing (GNM):
Midwives: Newly qualified midwives (qualified within the last 2 years, but with no experience) or at least 1 year of midwife experience within the last 3 years.
Nurses/Midwives who have passed their English test will be given priority for interviews. Additionally, any Nurse or Midwife ready to take their English test will also be invited to interview.

Selection Criteria:
1. Preliminary Qualifications:
◉ Graduation from an accredited nursing education institution in India, holding one of the following Indian degrees:
◉ Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM): Registered Nurse/Midwifery.
◉ Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery (Basic): Registered Nurse/Midwife.
◉ Possession of an Indian Nurse/Midwife Registration Certificate.
2. Language Proficiency:
◉ IELTS: Listening, Reading, Speaking – 7.0 in each section, Writing – 6.5.
◉ OET: Listening, Reading, Speaking – B in each section, Writing – C+
3. Required Documents:
◉ Curriculum Vitae
◉ Motivation Letter
◉ Legalized Copy of Diploma Certificate or BSc in Nursing/Midwifery
◉ Legalized Copy of Academic Transcript
◉ Legalized Copy of Nurse Registration Certificate
◉ Legalized Copy of Reference from previous employer covering 3 years of employment (if applicable)
◉ Passport Copy

Recruitment Package:
Successful candidates will receive the following financial support package:
◉ VISA: £250 (approx.)
◉ Relocation support
◉ Part 1 test of competence (CBT): £83
◉ Part 2 test of competence (OSCE): £794 (1 test)
◉ Application for nursing/midwifery: £140
◉ Admission onto NMC register: £153
◉ Professional guidance for NMC Registration and Visa application
◉ Flight to UK (standard economy flight, up to the value of £600)

Additional Support for Midwives and Mental Health Nurses:
◉ Free English language training 
Salary Structure:
◉ Band 4 Pre-registration Nurse salary: £22,549 or £24,882 (depending on the employing Trust)
◉ Upon successfully passing OSCE and gaining NMC registration, the worker will receive the full Band 5 Nursing salary: £25,655-£31,534 (depending on relevant experience)
