NORKA Recruitment of Nursing Trainee to Germany Under TRIPLE WIN PROGRAMME

NORKA invites applications from Keralites for Nursing trainee (Ausbildung) programme and placement in Germany under Triple Win Trainee Programme.
Interviews will be held from 3rd-7th March 2025 at Trivandrum.
Exact location and details will be shared with the shortlisted candidates.
Mandatory Requirements:
• A certificate of higher secondary education/equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in the science stream(biology as one subject)
• Previous experience in the health sector is an advantage (e.g. membership in theJunior Red Cross)
• Motivation and willingness to take up nursing studies and training in Germany.
• Prior German language knowledge required: either B2 or B1 certificate obtained on or after April 2024 from Goethe Institut/ the telc GmbH/ the Österreichisches Sprachdiplom (ÖSD) / the TestDaf Insitut e.V/ECL.

Criteria for Selection:
1. Candidates having higher secondary education with a minimum of 60% in science stream( Biology as one subject)
2. Candidates having German language skills with B2/B1 will be given preference in the selection.
3. Age Category 18-27 years( as on March 1st, 2025).
4. Must be living continuously in India for the last 6 months.
5. Must be able to attend offline classes in a location specified by the project.
6. Required documents for the application are:
a. Curriculum Vitae in English.
b. Motivation Letter in English.
c. Certificate of higher secondary education (class 12), science stream, and certificate of secondary education (class 10)
d. Additional certificates (membership in the Junior Red Cross) if applicable
e. Passport Copy
Note:- The selection process is completely dependent on placement interviews and employer requirements. Candidates who have acquired a B2/B1 international certificate will be considered for direct placement.
